Our project contains of installation and commissioning of MEP works for two
buildings, building 3 contains of 2000 sqm and building 4 of 1500 sqm.

• Completion of fire alarm system as per NFPA72 including smoke detectors, cables,
sounder, manual call point and fire alarm control panel “FACP”.
• Completion of firefighting system as per NFPA 14 including all pipes, FHCs and
firefighting valves.
• Completion of HVAC system including central ventilation and AC system contains
of split units as per ASHRAE and SMACNA standards.
• Completion of Plumbing systems including all water supply and drainage network
and accessories.
